I provide a positive, energetic and motivational environment by helping you achieve a healthy lifestyle. My responsibilities include but are not limited to, designing a well-rounded fitness program, and working one-on-one with you to achieve overall wellness through improved muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular training, flexibility, balance, coordination, and nutrition.

One-on-one personalized training

- Consistent updates and charting progress

Lifestyle and Weight Management:
- Counsels to provide nutritional information
- Reviews a daily food diary
- Helps the client make healthy food choices
- Provides accountability to keep you on track
- Measures body fat
- Charts progress towards goals
Additionally:
- Work one-on-one with clients as a personal trainer
- Design and implement individualized programs that includes safe activities and/or appropriate modifications
- Obtain a health and exercise history to assess client’s current level of fitness, personal goals and commitment to an active lifestyle and/or lifestyle change
- Identify health conditions and risk factors that may place a client at risk when participating in certain activities
- Identify client’s preferences, expectations, lifestyle information and fitness goals
- Monitor exercise intensity, exercise form, and exercise heart rate through a host of methods such as the ratings of perceived exertion (RPE)
- Evaluate and modify exercise programs; document changes
- Provide one-on-one consultation and follow-up
- Provide guidance and motivation in aiding a client’s adherence to a healthy and productive lifestyle
